Can I add a volunteer who doesn't have email?

Yes. Plenty of occasional volunteers and student helpers don't need a login, and Kickstool handles that cleanly.
- Go to People → Add person.
- Fill in their name and set the type to Volunteer.
- Leave the email field blank and save.
They'll show up on the schedule and in reports like anyone else — you just won't be able to send them an invite or the Sunday week-ahead email, and they won't see their own shifts online.
Tip
If they get an email address later, edit the person and add it. Anyone on the schedule with an email gets the weekly schedule automatically — a login is still optional.
