- How is our price set?
- By your library's service population, the figure your library reports to IMLS in the Public Libraries Survey. Look up your library on this page to see the number we use and the year it comes from.
- Do staff, volunteers, or branches change the price?
- No. Every tier includes unlimited staff, unlimited volunteers, and unlimited branches. Nobody on your schedule is a paid seat.
- What happens if our service population changes?
- Your price stays the same for the year you have paid for. At renewal we check the latest IMLS figure. If it puts you in a different tier, we tell you before your renewal date.
- Is there really a free pilot?
- Yes. Every new library gets 30 days of the full product, free, with no credit card and no locked features. Set up your library, schedule real weeks, and try it with your team. If you decide not to continue, your data stays yours: export everything to CSV anytime.
- We already have a schedule in another tool. How hard is switching?
- Not hard. Upload your current schedule or roster as a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), match up the columns, and your people and shifts are created for you. Prefer a hand? Send us the file and we'll build your first weeks for you.
- How does billing work?
- One annual subscription covers your whole library. You can export your data and leave anytime.
- Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
- Yes. If your library buys through a finance department, we'll send an invoice with your PO number on net-30 terms, payable by check or ACH. No credit card required.
