How do I sync my shifts to my calendar?

Last updated July 19, 2026

You can have your Kickstool shifts appear right in your usual calendar, kept up to date automatically.

  1. Open My schedule.
  2. Copy your calendar subscription link (the ICS feed).
  3. Add it as a subscribed calendar in your calendar app — exact spots below.
  • Google Calendar (web) — in the left sidebar next to "Other calendars," click + → From URL, paste the link, and Add calendar.
  • Outlook (web or new Outlook) — Add calendar → Subscribe from web, paste the link, name it, and Import. In classic desktop Outlook it's Add Calendar → From Internet.
  • Apple Calendar (Mac) — File → New Calendar Subscription, paste the link. On iPhone: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar.

Note

It's a subscription, not a one-time export — when your shifts change, your calendar updates on its own. Each app decides its own refresh pace (typically every few hours; you can't speed it up from Kickstool's side).

Shift times are shown in your library's local clock — a 9 AM shift reads as 9 AM.

Just want a snapshot? There's also a one-time download. And if you ever need to cut off access to the feed, you can rotate the link to generate a fresh one.
